“Modern Home: The Loft” is a 1:64 Laser Cut Miniature Home. This is a 12 Piece Model with easy assembly. It is designed to fit together tightly, though a small amount of glue is recommended in certain places (see the ‘Directions & Tips’ section). This is a great Model for Hotwheels, Slot Cars and S-Scale Train Environments.

5mm Sandeply is used for the Roof, Back Side, both the First and Second Floors and the middle stair piece. The Windowed walls, rails and all else uses 3mm Basswood.
