“Modern Home: The Loft” is a 1:64 Laser Cut Miniature Home. This is a 12 Piece Model with easy assembly. It is designed to fit together tightly and requires no glue, though a drop or two is recommended in places, this is highlighted in the directions. This is a great Model for Hotwheels, Slot Cars and S-Scale Train Environments. The Model uses 3mm Basswood for the walls with Windows, the stair rails and optional stability clips. 5mm Sandeply is used for everything else. The model does not come with physical directions, though if you scroll down you’ll find the digital directions right here!
