The Top, Back, First and Second Floor is made with 5mm Sandeply, while everything else is made with 3mm Basswood.

“Modern Home: The Loft” is a 1:64 Laser Cut Miniature Home. This is a 12 Piece Model with easy assembly. It is designed to fit together tightly and requires very little glue, though some is required to get the results that we advertise. This is a great Model for Hotwheels, Slot Cars and S-Scale Train Environments.
The Model uses 3mm Basswood for the Walls with Windows, the Stair Rails and stability clips on the underside. 5mm Sandeply is used for the Roof, Back Side, both the First and Second Floors and the middle stair piece.
